How do I get my certificate?

Finish every lesson in a course, then use “Claim certificate” on the last lesson. It appears in your dashboard immediately with a verifiable ID.

Does access ever expire?

No. Enrollments are one-time purchases with lifetime access, including updates we publish to that course later.

How do I report a billing problem?

Choose “Billing or refund” in the form and include the course name, purchase date and order ID if available. See the refund policy for eligible cases.
