Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 17 August 2026
Cases we review for a refund
We review refund requests where:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A payment was made without your authorisation.
- The purchased course was not added to your account and we cannot restore access.
- The course is materially different from the description shown when you purchased it.
Each request is checked against the payment record, account activity and the information available at the time of purchase. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Cases that are normally not eligible
- A change of mind after substantial course content has been accessed.
- Where a certificate has already been issued for the course.
- Where the account is being terminated for a breach of our Terms of Use, including content piracy.
- On Teams plans after seats have been assigned — contact us and we will work something out case by case.
Billing errors and service failures
We will investigate promptly if:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- You were charged for something you did not buy — tell us immediately and also contact your bank.
- The course content is materially different from what its course page described.
- A technical fault on our side prevented access and we could not restore the service within a reasonable time.
How to request one
- Use the contact form with the topic "Billing or refund" and enter the address used for your account.
- Include the course name and the approximate purchase date. The order ID helps but is not required.
- We acknowledge within 1 working day and approve or explain within 3 working days.
How long the money takes
Once approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method the same working day. How fast it lands is then up to your bank:
- UPI: usually within 24 hours
- Debit or credit card: typically 5–7 working days
- Net banking: typically 3–5 working days
If it has not arrived after 10 working days, contact us with the refund reference we gave you and we will chase the processor on your behalf.
What happens to your access
Course access is removed when the refund is issued. Your account stays open, along with any other courses you own. A certificate issued for a refunded course is revoked and will show as invalid on the verification page.
Cancellations
There is nothing to cancel. All plans are one-time purchases with no recurring billing, so no subscription can quietly renew on you.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, whereas contacting us directly usually settles the matter the same day. Accounts with a chargeback raised without contacting us first are suspended pending resolution.
Questions
Send refund questions through our contact form.
This policy sits alongside your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; it does not reduce them.
