Terms of Use

Last updated 17 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Gettute. By creating an account or enrolling in a course you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

"Gettute", "we" and "us" mean Gettute Education. "You" means the individual using the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. We may update them; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after that date is acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Your account

  • Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share credentials or let others use your enrolments.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Tell us immediately through the contact form if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. What you may do with the content

On enrolment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and study the course content for as long as we operate the service. You may:

  • Watch lessons on any device you personally use.
  • Download the project files we mark as downloadable, and use them in your own work, including commercially.
  • Take notes and build on what you learn without restriction.

You may not:

  • Record, re-upload, mirror, resell or publicly perform the video content.
  • Share your account, or provide access to people who have not enrolled.
  • Use automated tools to bulk-download the content.
  • Strip, obscure or alter any attribution or watermark.

4. Payment and access

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable tax unless stated otherwise.
  • Enrolments are one-time purchases. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal.
  • "Lifetime access" means for as long as we operate the service. If we ever discontinue it, we will give at least 90 days' notice and make downloadable copies of purchased courses available where we are legally able to.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Certificates

A certificate is issued when you complete every lesson in a course. It records your name, the course, the hours of content and the issue date, and it carries a unique ID that anyone can check on our verification page.

A Gettute certificate attests to completion of our material. It is not an academic qualification, a professional licence, or accredited by any statutory body, and we do not represent it as one. Misrepresenting a certificate, or forging one, is grounds for immediate termination and we will confirm to any enquirer that a forged ID is not genuine.

6. Acceptable use

When using discussion features and support, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to probe, scan or disrupt our systems, or bypass access controls.
  • Use the service to distribute malware or to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Legitimate security research on our platform is welcome. Report findings privately through the contact form and give us reasonable time to fix them before disclosure. We will not pursue action against good-faith research conducted that way.

7. Security courses

Our security courses teach offensive techniques so that you can defend systems and test your own. You agree to use them only against systems you own or have explicit written authorisation to test. Unauthorised access to computer systems is a criminal offence in India under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and in most other jurisdictions. We accept no responsibility for misuse, and we will terminate the account of anyone we learn is using our material unlawfully.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, the Gettute name, logo and platform are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership. Content you submit (questions, feedback) stays yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform and to use anonymised feedback to improve courses.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, update or retire individual courses. Where we retire a course you have purchased, we will give notice and, where possible, provide a replacement or a pro-rata credit.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, employment opportunity or data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hanumangarh, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form.
